The Captain's GSA Lounge is open for reservations!
Location: Basement of Rice Memorial Center (RMC) [Student Center]
To reserve the lounge for an event, please check the availability before requesting the space and then email gsa@rice.edu with your request.

Reserving GSA's Equipment
GSA owns several pieces of equipment useful to graduate students and employees. This includes charcoal grills (permanent and portable), a medium-sized sound system, popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines, lawn games, and bikes. We allow graduate organizations to use most of our equipment for free, with a deposit to ensure that the equipment is returned clean and on time. When renting any piece of equipment out, you will be required to sign a contract with the GSA.

To reserve equipment, you should fill out the rental request form at least a week in advance of an event. Filling out this form does not guarantee the equipment will be available at your requested time. Also be sure to reserve the Grad Commons Space (here) if you are planning on using the Grad Commons area. If you have any questions, you can always contact gsa@rice.edu.

| GSA Bikes | GSA owns a set of racing bikes which are used primarily for Beer Bike and for bike competitions. Located in the GSA closet. Individuals may be able to rent these bikes and should arrange this by emailing gsa[@]rice.edu.
