Room to release

Bedroom

I have a one bedroom apartment that I need to sign the lease over to somebody for next semester. It's going for $1260 something on the market, but I have it for $1066 and you get to keep my special rate. High ceilings, view of a resort style pool, and a central parking garage so you never have to leave cover to get from the car to the apartment.
