Thesis submission for January degree conferral

This is a reminder about the deadline for thesis submission for January 2010 thesis submission. The deadline for thesis submission for January 2010 is NOON on December 4, 2009; no exceptions. If an individual student’s six months from the defense deadline comes earlier, the earlier date will serve as their deadline. Thesis submission hours are 1:30PM – 3:30PM M-F in Allen Center 323 or by appointment (713-348-4002). Beginning November 18, thesis submission hours will be 8:30AM-4PM M-F. The hours will be extended until the December 4th NOON deadline. However, the Cashier’s Office closes at 3:30PM and the Woodson Research Center and Registrar’s Office close at 4PM.
