Room for rent in house

My name is Sarah Nations and I'm an undergrad at Rice. I'm trying to move to an empty spot on campus, but I need to find someone to live in my spot in the house where I'm living. I'm looking to move on at the end of this semester or the very beginning of next semester. The house is less than half a mile from campus; down Greenbriar before Holcombe. I have two female roommates who are both Rice graduates and really cool. The available bedroom is a single room, and the rent is $460 a month before utilities.
