Dr. Castillo will discuss the findings of her new book, From Brain to Gain, to explore how smart individuals take different pathways to create knowledge or to create wealth. As a former scientist turned entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Dr. Castillo navigates through the reflections that guide people to measure success in a way that supports or halts prosperity. Brainers’ goals are based on creating knowledge and innovations, Gainers’ goals are based on a triple bottom line: achievement, use and payback.
